Dr. Carole LeBlanc; Worked as a Medical Office Assistant by making appointments with patients, taking care of billing and preparing medical transcriptions. In addition, took care of several aspects related to Office Management.

Johnson Physiotherapy; Worked as an Office Assistant to take calls and book patients’ appointments, greeted patients and prepared rooms for the therapists. Was also involved in processing payments and preparing invoices.
